Safe House Training Costs

At the Safe House, survivors come to us with a multitude of trauma symptoms and expressions of trauma. When survivors become triggered and escalated, our staff must respond with compassion, empathy, and confidence to help de-escalate the woman and begin working with her to navigate through the various expressions her trauma creates. As a staff, we encourage learning through formal training designed to keep our staff up to date on the best practices and strategies that serve survivors well. We need $216 to purchase a training that will equip our staff to serve survivors through crisis.
